Does he want them prosecuted?

I just watched Mark Shields on PBS Newshour say that Zarqawi was "murdered." Too bad Ramesh was sitting in for David Brooks, if I'd been there, I would have asked Sheilds who he thought should be prosecuted for this horrible murder.

UPDATE:Found the video. Good thing I didn't use the word "murdered" to search for it, looks like someone decided to leave it out of the written transcript. Anyway, you can still hear it out of his mouth at exactly 5 minutes into the video.
