HDTV for the masses: The price and features for large-screen HDTVs has finally come to the point where I pulled the trigger and bought one. I have no regrets. Rear-projection DLP is the way to go for the best home theater for the price. While I can't hang it on the wall, it's only 13" deep and 65 pounds. And the picture is absolutely stunning. Amazon beats every outlet I've found by at least $500. Check out the reviews at Amazon if you don't believe me, the Samsung 50" HDTVis the way to go.

You might also want to consider this Logitech remote. I hit one button and it sets up my system for whatever I need: Turns on the TV, changes to the proper input; turns on the A/V receiver, turns it to proper input; turns on the DVD or PVR, etc.
